replacement hospital
CORE10 worked in conjunction with Christner, Inc. to develop the 260,000-square-foot replacement hospital for BJC-West County. We took the lead developing the foodservice kitchen and dining areas, the 64 private patient rooms on the upper level acute floors, and the lower level support areas.
our trusted process
At CORE10, we analyze the needs of our clients to a unique degree. On this project, we worked with the hospital staff and administration from facilities, security, patient care, and hospital support departments in a series of sessions to design and plan both the staff and patient areas. This process allowed the design team to understand in detail the needs of the staff, and then inspire a design that improved daily routines including access to medical supplies, design of documentation areas, and efficiencies to patient care.
