“In 2010 we engaged CORE10 to help us identify and address our needs in a Facilities Plan for Tyson Research Center. We were very pleased with how Michael and Tyler dove right into the project and spent a lot of time on-site learning about exactly what we do and what our needs are. In the end, we are very pleased with CORE10’s recommendations and plans, which included a very clever repurposing of some currently unoccupied space.”
“CORE10 Architecture has been an outstanding partner in Manchester UMC’s effort to make its historical 1856 Chapel accessible to all persons. Manchester was faced with the need to add an exterior elevator addition that would both complement the historical aesthetics of the existing structure and blend with the adjoining 1964 addition. CORE10’s Tyler Stephens and Michael Byrd teamed to create the perfect solution to the challenge of joining two completely different structures, in a challenging space. The result was a beautiful and inviting structural transition with a very utilitarian elevator tower.”
“CORE10’s plan for Grainger saved significant time and money for our client. Michael knows how to communicate with all the parties involved in a project, to make sure things are done right and the client is satisfied. We have given them numerous old buildings to retro-fit and they always provide us with excellent design. That is why I call them back and work with them time and time again.”
My experience working with CORE10 has been one of professional dedication and focus on client goals and project success. They were a highly regarded design team asset on our Trolley team’s Maintenance Facility design.
